Lodging: A block of rooms has been reserved at the Decatur Conference Center (formerly Holiday Inn) in Decatur, which is directly across the street from Tabernacle Baptist Church. Double room occupancy rooms will be provided by IBSA because of your gifts through the Cooperative Program. Those requesting a private, single occupancy room will be billed for one-half (1/2) of the regular room rate. We cannot guarantee availability of rooms for reservations made after March 17. Cancellations after the March 17 cut-off date will be subject to payment of cancellation fees by associations/individuals for reserved rooms.
Travel Expenses: Gasoline and meal expenses to and from the event are to be provided by the associations/participants.
Meals: All participants should make plans to eat supper before they come on Friday and lunch after they leave on Saturday. A continental breakfast will be served on Saturday morning. No other meals will be provided at the church.
