DISASTER RELIEF TRAILER
The FVBA disaster relief trailer is near completion and the men would love to use it. However, we need funds to complete the trailer. If you can help with this, please send your gifts to Fox Valley Baptist Association PO Box 5778, Elgin, Il.

Presently, we are trying to update the church pages for the FVBA churches. Please go to your church page and if there is information that needs to be updated, send the updated information to Alice Inman @ This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

STOP IT!!
Human trafficking is growing at a rampant rate in the Fox Valley area. The salvation army is putting together an awareness seminar regarding this horrible tragedy. If you would like for your church to participate, please contact Pastor Joe Oliver at Lighthouse Fellowship.

If you are serving on any of the FVBA ministry teams it is time to send in your annual reports.

Our appreciation goes out to Joel Cortes for serving as the FVBA clerk. Joel has accepted a ministry position in Lake County. FVBA is in need of clerk. Emmaus College Church
Emmaus College Church will have a change in its ministry team. Kevin Singer has accepted another position outside of FVBA. Our prayers go with you, Kevin and Brittany. Joel Jupp is praying about the possibility of serving there at Emmaus. Joel and his wife Ginny will serve this church well. Your gifts are still needed at Emmaus to assist with the ministry there for the building insurance, fees that are charged by the building owner for snow removal, trash carry off, etc. Also, Ginny spent a great deal of time this past year in the hospital due to a major health problem and she and Joel could use your gifts to serve Emmaus. Other students who are graduating  this year will continue to help with Emmaus and we pray for them that there will plenty of upcoming students to pass the baton onto when they leave. Your gifts may be sent to FVBA and FVBA treasurer Orley Cain will send your gifts to the appropriate people.

THANK YOU
FVBA wishes to say "thank you" to the many mission teams that gave of their time and resources to come to FVBA this summer to help with various construction projects, VBS, backyard bible clubs, etc. We have heard from some of the churches after they have returned back home and they reported the testimonies brought back to their churches were phenominal. Thank you to FVBA churches for utilizing them and blessing them with your love for ministry as well.

A verse from the Word...

“Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord. He is like a tree planted by water, that sends out its roots by the stream, and does not fear when heat comes, for its leaves remain green, and is not anxious in the year of drought, for it does not cease to bear fruit.” -Jeremiah 17:7-8
